We offer a range of affordable options from our Recruitment & Human Resources Unbundled service a “pick and mix” offering, as well as retained projects where we work closely with our clients for an agreed number of hours per week. By far our most popular service is our “The Works” package which offers an affordable alternative to traditional agency recruitment, for our busiest clients this means they can outsource the whole process of recruitment or human resources function to us saving time, money and stress.

Emily has worked globally in the recruitment industry since 1999 in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her experience in managing recruitment agencies gives her an insight into what employers really want from a recruitment partner and offers a service that is second to none. Her no BS approach means her clients get the people they need to get the job, first time, every time. Emily is a self-confessed recruitment dinosaur and her passion is helping SMEs secure the best talent for their business. A mother of two children under five, we wonder how she has time to fit everything into her day but her “keep it simple” attitude to life and work means she’s always on top of her game.

Victoria has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, since 2004. With a Graduate Diploma in HRM, and a Degree in Management, business change and transformation, her experience spans over 20 years with corporate entities, small SME, privately owned and independents and multi-nationals, across a variety of industries in an HR, strategy & operations and recruitment capacity.  Used to working to very tight deadlines, budgets and across a variety of stakeholders (internal & external) to achieve and exceed the desired results, Victoria has a personal passion for talent management, developing people, coaching, mentoring and guiding business owners/managers to develop their people to reach their full potential. With a daughter just started school, and living in what some describe as the ‘rural’ parts of Otago, she lives to the motto of ‘do it once, do it right, do it now’.

Originally from the UK but now based in Dunedin, Su has 17 years’ experience working within Human Resources both locally and internationally with the University of Otago and British Airways PLC. Su has an energetic approach to providing excellent Customer Service and will put you at ease no matter what challenges you are facing in HR​ or Recruitment​. Outside of work​,​ Su loves to travel ​with her hubby and daughter, ​and is a dedicated charity fundraiser for the Blind Foundation Guide Dogs – Red Puppy Appeal.

Originally from Texas, USA, Kaitlyn first found Dunedin whilst on her honeymoon and couldn’t think of anywhere she and her husband would rather live in the world! Kaitlyn is now a permanent resident of New Zealand and brings with her over 13 years in the service industry, including three years in HR & Recruitment. Kaitlyn thrives on getting to know her clients and working closely with them to ensure the right ‘match’ for both client and candidate. There is no better ‘buzz’ than landing a candidate their ‘dream job’! Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys the fun side of life, socialising with friends, keeping fit and undertaking adventures with her husband. Kaitlyn is a great addition to the HCG team!
