We offer a range of affordable options from our Recruitment & Human Resources Unbundled service a “pick and mix” offering, as well as retained projects where we work closely with our clients for an agreed number of hours per week. By far our most popular service is our “The Works” package which offers an affordable alternative to traditional agency recruitment, for our busiest clients this means they can outsource the whole process of recruitment or human resources function to us saving time, money and stress.

Emily has worked globally in the recruitment industry since 1999 in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her experience in managing recruitment agencies gives her an insight into what employers really want from a recruitment partner and offers a service that is second to none. Her no BS approach means her clients get the people they need to get the job done, first time, every time. Emily is a self-confessed recruitment dinosaur and her passion is helping SMEs and start-ups secure the best talent for their business. A mother of two children, we wonder how she has time to fit everything into her day but her “keep it simple & no drama” attitude to life and work means she’s always on top of her game.

Whilst Vick will not be on site regularly, she will be coming in from time to time and available. Victoria has worked in the UK, Australia and arrived permanently in New Zealand in 2004. With a Graduate Diploma in HRM and a Bachelors in Applied Management, majoring in Business Transformation & Change, and Sales & Marketing, her experience spans over 20 years with corporate entities, small SME, privately owned and independents and multi-nationals, across a variety of industries in an HR, strategy & operations and recruitment capacity.  Used to working to very tight deadlines, budgets and across a variety of stakeholders (internal & external) to achieve and exceed the desired results, Victoria has a personal passion for talent management, developing people, coaching, mentoring and guiding business owners/managers to develop their people to reach their full potential. With a daughter just six, and living in what some describe as ‘the middle of nowhere’, 35 kms outside of Dunedin, she lives to the motto of ‘do it once, do it right, do it now’.

Lauren heads up the HR team under the direction of Directors Emily Richards and Victoria Robertson. Lauren has worked in both New Zealand and Australia, inclusive of global roles covering USA, UAE, Singapore, UK, Ireland & Spain. With a double Bachelors in Management, Economics and Psychology, her experience spans over 12 years with corporate entities, small SME and multi-nationals across a variety of industries in HR, strategy and operational capacities. Lauren has a personal passion for developing people, improving systems & processes and influencing positive change to the work environment.

Alisha completed her studies in Dunedin and has worked in HR for the last 10 years in both internal and HR consulting roles. Alisha and her partner have recently returned to Dunedin after living in Australia for 5 years and more recently travelling around the world. Alisha enjoys working with clients to implement and refine HR frameworks that benefit both the employer and employee. She also has a passion for creating great workplace cultures.

Gabby is a positive and enthusiastic person and thrives off educating clients about the HR sector, legislation and best practice.

Trudy, born and bred in Dunedin, delved in life in Queenstown and Wanaka for a while, before returning to Dunedin for good 11 years ago. Trudy’s experience spans over 18 years with the majority of her time spent with the Subway brand, as an employee and as a Multi Store Franchisee. Having been the Chairperson for the Australasian Association of Subway Franchisees for two years and on the Board for three year, she has extensive business experience and knowledge of how businesses operate.

Trudy prides herself in always getting the best outcome for the people she is representing. With natural characteristics aligned to the fast pace of the recruitment industry, she is used to multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines to achieve the desired outcome for all involved.

Originally from Invercargill, Danni is based in Wanaka after spending the last eight years in Australia. Danni has over nine years’ Recruitment and HR Administration experience with Rolls Royce in the UK; Chandler Macleod and Komatsu in Australia.

Danni is passionate about candidate care, giving our applicants personal feedback and finding the best fit for each in a new role and business. Outside of work, Danni loves reading, playing ‘tourist’ in new locations and spending time with her family and friends.
